Most of my training and love for baking was born when I was very young in my mom's kitchen she was my very first teacher.
It has been years since the classes started, first the baking then the decorating and now I continue to learn by trial and error.
I really love to bake and decorate regardless of the reason, but what I love the most is the surprised smile on a proud recipients face, and the knowledge that our creation will bring joy to someones special day.
I bake from scratch with the best ingredients available , but most importantly - I bake with lots of love.
